PROFI is a professional conveyor belt designed for heavy loads. Below the belt lie free-running rollers arranged into a V-shape. The conveyor belt thus creates a channel, with the material carried through the centre of it
Its modular design allows adjustment of the length of the conveyor from 3 to 8 metres.
Similarly, the width of the conveyor can be either 400 or 600 mm, depending on the amount of transported material.
All conveyor modules are in stock and, so we can guarantee their swift delivery.
The Profi conveyor belt will find a place in your production or logistics line, on construction sites, or in wood processing. It is a practical and universal conveyor belt with many uses.
In practice, the PROFI conveyor is also often included in production technologies or as a means of transporting powder mixtures, such as sand, lime, etc. If you are a construction company and need a conveyor for use in construction to quickly and easily transport heavy material, take a look at our special PROFI CONCEPT conveyor designed specifically for the construction industry.
If you intend to install the conveyor as a separate device, we recommend fitting it with one of the available electrical wiring options. In that case, your conveyor will also be accompanied by a CE Declaration of Conformity.
If, instead, you will be integrating the conveyor into your own line and will be using the line’s electrical wiring, your will receive the machine without external electrical wiring. In that case, the conveyor will be accompanied by a Declaration of Incorporation of Partly Completed Machinery.
The PROFI conveyor belt is made of steel in order to withstand the environment and load of your production technology. The structure is also as lightweight as possible for ease of handling.

Conveyor Belt Drive
The conveyor belt is driven by an electric motor with a worm gear.
-The conveyor is powered by either 400 V 16 A or 230 V
-Power of 1.1 kW or 1.5 kW (depending on length)
When ordering your conveyor, you must choose one of the available belt speeds:
350 mm/s or 520 mm/s or 680 mm/s
If you require a speed outside the standards, choose the “custom speed” option and fill out your inquiry.
Belt
The belt of the conveyor is made of black rubber, resistant to stones, bricks, sand and other heavy materials. The conveyor belt is coupled by a mechanical clip, which makes the belt easy to clean or change.
We offer two basic belt types:
1) Smooth rubber belt
This belt is a cheaper variant suitable primarily for transporting material in a horizontal position or at a slight incline.
2) Chevron rubber belt
Rubber belt suitable for transporting material at an incline.
The belt features a V- or Y-shaped pattern
The pattern is approximately 16 mm tall
Special belt types
On request, we can fit the conveyor with special types of belt, such as a high-temperature resistant belt or a RIPSTOP belt with a special rip-resistant layer.

Surface Finish
1) Painted
By default, our conveyors come painted blue.
We keep this basic conveyor variant in stock and can therefore guarantee quick delivery.
The conveyor can be painted with a different RAL colour on request (delivery takes cca. 2 weeks longer)
2) Hot-dip galvanising
A special surface finish that ensures lasting resistance against the weather.
Suitable if you intend to use your conveyor year-round outdoors
(delivery takes cca. 3 weeks longer)

Electrical Wiring of the Conveyor
You can choose from three electrical wiring options:
1. Conveyor Belt with 230 V Electrical Wiring
Electrical switch with functions: START, STOP, CENTRAL STOP
Lead to a 230 V socket
2. Conveyor Belt with 400 V Electrical Wiring
Electrical switch with functions: START, STOP, CENTRAL STOP
Lead to a 400 V 16 A socket
3. Conveyor Belt with Speed Regulation – Frequency Converter 400 V
Electrical panel located on a free-standing stand, with smooth speed regulation function.
Functions: START, STOP, CENTRAL STOP, SPEED REGULATION
Lead to a 400 V 16 A socket
4. Conveyor Belt without External Electrical Wiring
This version is used if you want to integrate the conveyor in an existing line which has its own central electrical panel. In that case, the conveyor is only fitted with a 230 V or 400 V electric motor, and the arrangement of the remaining external electrical wiring is left to you.
Handling of the Conveyor
To facilitate handling of the conveyor, the body of the conveyor is fitted with holes to fit the forks of a fork lift truck. If the conveyor isn’t fitted with detachable side panels, the conveyors can be stacked on top of each other for transport and storage once the hopper has been removed.

Belt Conveyor Hopper
One of the basic accessories for a conveyor is a detachable hopper that ensures material is poured onto the centre of the belt. Hopper dimensions L 980 mm, H 200 mm, W 680 / 880 mm
If the conveyor is not fitted with detachable side panels, the hopper can be moved to any position along the conveyor.
Standard Conveyor Stands
The stands enable variable setting of the height and angle of the conveyor up to 40 degrees; they are the most common stand variant.

Conveyor Side Panel
The conveyor can be fitted along its entire length with an elevated side panel at a height of 100 mm
The side panels are particularly helpful when transporting a thicker layer of material.
The side panels are fitted with rubber safety strips that prevent material from sliding underneath the belt.
Rotary Undercarriage
The undercarriage allows 360 degree rotation of the conveyor around its axis.
Below the hopper, the conveyor is mounted on a rotary pin and fitted in the front with two inflatable wheels with a diameter of 400 mm. The undercarriage comes in handy when filling skips, trailers etc.
Handling Wheels
The handling wheels are used to facilitate handling of the conveyor.
The wheels can be placed in various spots on the conveyor structure to make handling as easy as possible.

Manual Scraper
A conveyor with a smooth belt can be fitted with a manual scraper placed below the drive roller.
It is designed for scraping off material that might stick to the belt (clay, concrete, etc.)
The manual scraper requires manual adjustment as it gradually wears down
Our assortment also includes an automated scraper, which does not require manual adjustment.
Automated Scraper
A conveyor with a smooth belt can be fitted with an automated scraper placed below the drive roller.
The scraper is designed for scraping off material that might stick to the belt (clay, concrete, etc.)
The automated scraper is pushed towards the belt by a set of springs, meaning it doesn’t need to be readjusted as it gets worn down.
Basic Delivery
The conveyor is delivered disassembled in approximately two-metre segments. It is safely packaged on a pallet and comes with all the accessories needed for assembly and commissioning. You can assemble the conveyor yourself in approx. 3-5 hours by following the enclosed assembly manual.

Assembled Delivery
