Conveyor Belt
The conveyor belt is available in various lengths and widths. A core advantage of our conveyors is their PATENTED modular design, which allows them to be easily extended or shortened in a few minutes. You can use our configurator to select the specific dimensions of your conveyor as you require.

Drive Unit of the Conveyor
The conveyor is fitted with a 0.75 kW electric motor with a worm gear. The voltage of the motor is 230 or 400 V.
The drive unit can safely handle even high loads.
You have a choice of several belt speeds:
220 mm/s 450 mm/s 850 mm/s 1750 mm/s
You can also define your own speed if needed.
Electrical Wiring of the Conveyor
You can choose from four electrical wiring options:
1. Conveyor Belt with 230 V Electrical Wiring
Electrical switch with functions: START, STOP, CENTRAL STOP
Lead to a 230 V socket
2. Conveyor Belt with 400 V Electrical Wiring
Electrical switch with functions: START, STOP, CENTRAL STOP
Lead to a 400 V 16 A socket
3. Conveyor Belt with Speed Regulation – Frequency Converter 400 V
Electrical panel located on a free-standing stand, with smooth speed regulation function.
Functions: START, STOP, CENTRAL STOP, SPEED REGULATION
Lead to a 400 V 16 A socket
4. Conveyor Belt without External Electrical Wiring
This version is used if you want to integrate the conveyor in an existing line which has its own central electrical panel. In that case, the conveyor is only fitted with a 230 V or 400 V electric motor, and the arrangement of the remaining external electrical wiring is left to you.
Protective Side Strips
The conveyor can be fitted with protective side strips. These strips are mounted on the side panels along the full length of the conveyor. They prevent loose material from sliding under the belt. We recommend using these strips with smooth PVC belts or PVC belts with cleats. The strips are not used with a conveyor belt with corrugated sidewalls.
Cover over the Drive Unit of the Conveyor
If the conveyor is used outdoors, it is recommended to fit it with a cover over the drive unit. The cover protects the electric drive, transmission and electrical wiring of the conveyor against weather.

This universal conveyor belt builds on the design of the STANDARD conveyor belt.
The advantage of the STANDARD STAINLESS conveyor is its all-stainless construction, which allows it to be used in the food industry. Thanks to its high resistance, the stainless conveyor belt is also suitable for environments with the presence of aggressive materials. The unique patented technology and modular design of the conveyor open up a wide range of uses in transporting medium heavy materials. The conveyor is fitted with covers at the bottom of the belt, which ensure high occupational safety while also improving the rigidity of the frame. The conveyor offers high variability in terms of dimensions, with lengths ranging from two to eight metres and a width of two hundred or four hundred millimetres. The sidewalls allow this type of belt to be used with loose materials.
The sidewalls prevent the material from spilling outside the belt.
This type of belt is not fitted with cleats and is therefore suitable for horizontal transport only.

White, Food-Grade PVC Belt with Cleats and a Corrugated Sidewall
This type of belt can be used to transport any loose material or piece goods at an inclination of up to 35 degrees. The sidewalls prevent the material from spilling outside the belt.
The cleats are 30 mm tall at a pitch of ca. 500 mm. They reliably hold material even at maximum incline.
The belt is coupled together by a mechanical clip.

Conveyors can be fitted with three types of stands.
The stands are height-adjustable and can therefore be adapted to fit various needs.
Each conveyor module includes anchor points for mounting the stands.
Stand Version A
These stands are the standard option for all conveyors. They are mounted at the front. (Front stands up to 1000 mm tall)
Stand Version B
These stands are taller at the front of the conveyor. This allows the user to increase the incline of the conveyor (Front stands up to 2000 mm tall)
Stand Version C
This version is mounted in both the front and back of the conveyor.( Rear stands up to 1000 mm tall
Front stands up to 2000 mm tall)
It is recommended to always use these stands for conveyors longer than 6 m

Basic Delivery

Assembled Delivery
If you don’t want to spend time assembling the conveyor belt yourself, we can assemble it for you in our facility before shipping. You can then just plug it into a socket and start working.
