The PROFI CONCEPT conveyor belt is a special configuration of the PROFI conveyor belt
designed primarily for the construction industry. It finds applications primarily in construction enterprises and conveyor belt rental services.
The PROFI CONCEPT conveyor is ideal for transporting construction materials such as:
* rubble
* stone
* sand
* gravel
* cement
* bagged material
… and much more
The conveyor has the optimal dimensions for practical handling and storage.
With a length of 4 metres and a belt width of 400 mm, the conveyor is easy to transport anywhere on a construction site.
The conveyor is made of steel profiles fitted with rollers arranged in the shape of a V to create a channel which holds the belt. This design allows the conveyor to handle high loads.
The design of the PROFI CONCEPT conveyor enables the conveyor to be linked into a cascade of up to 6 conveyors while using only a single main power connection cable.

Conveyor Drive
The PROFI CONCEPT conveyor is fitted with an electric motor with a screw gear transmission. The conveyor belt travels at a speed of 520 mm/s
-The conveyor is powered by either 400 V 16 A or 230 V
-Power 1.1 kW
Belt
The belt of the conveyor is made of black rubber, resistant to stones, bricks, sand and other heavy materials. The conveyor belt is coupled by a mechanical clip, which makes the belt easy to clean or change. The belt features a V- or Y-shaped (chevron) pattern
The pattern is approximately 16 mm tall
Surface Finish
1) Painted
The default version of the conveyors features a blue painted finish.
We keep this basic conveyor variant in stock and can therefore guarantee quick delivery.
The conveyor can be painted with a different RAL colour on request (delivery takes cca. 2 weeks longer)
2) Hot-dip galvanising
A special surface finish that ensures lasting resistance against the weather.
Suitable if you intend to use your conveyor year-round outdoors
(delivery takes cca. 3 weeks longer)

Electrical Wiring of the Conveyor
The conveyor is available with three different versions of electrical wiring:
1) 400 V Electrical Switch
Conveyor controlled via an electrical switch
Control functions – Start, stop, central stop
400 V 16 A power supply
2) 230 V Electrical Switch
Conveyor controlled via an electrical switch
Control functions – Start, stop, central stop
230 V power supply
3) Cascade Connection
This special version of electrical wiring of the PROFI CONCEPT conveyor belt offers a number of advantages.
It is suitable if you wish to connect several conveyors in sequence into a so-called cascade.
The first conveyor in the cascade is connected to the 400 V 16 A power supply cable, while the other conveyors are only interconnected between one another.
-When used as a single conveyor – 230 V power supply
-When used in a cascade – 400 V power supply
-Up to 6 conveyors can be connected in a cascade
Handling of the Conveyor
To facilitate handling of the conveyor, the body of the conveyor is fitted with holes to fit the forks of a fork lift truck. The conveyors can be stacked on top of each other for transport and storage once the hopper has been removed.

Belt Conveyor Hopper
One of the basic accessories for a conveyor is a detachable hopper that ensures material is poured onto the centre of the belt. Hopper dimensions L 980 mm, H 200 mm, W 680 / 880 mm
If the conveyor is not fitted with detachable side panels, the hopper can be moved to any position along the conveyor.
Standard Conveyor Stands
The stands enable variable setting of the height and angle of the conveyor up to 40 degrees; they are the most common stand variant.

Handling Wheels
The handling wheels are used to facilitate handling of the conveyor.
The wheels can be placed in various spots on the conveyor structure to make handling as easy as possible.

Basic Delivery
The conveyor is delivered disassembled in approximately two-metre segments. It is safely packaged on a pallet and comes with all the accessories needed for assembly and commissioning. You can assemble the conveyor yourself in approx. 3-5 hours by following the enclosed assembly manual.
